Pesto puff pastry rolls
The perfect party snack: pesto puff pastry rolls with our Pesto Verde and Pesto Rosso. Ready in just a few minutes!
Ingredients for approx. 16 rolls:
- 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry (approx. 320 g)
- 4 tsp Mamma Lucia Pesto Verde
- 4 tsp Mamma Lucia Pesto Rosso

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with fan.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it in half lengthwise.
Spread red pesto on one half and green pesto on the other, making sure each side is evenly covered.
Carefully roll the pastry up from the shorter edge. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 1 cm wide slices.
Place the slices, cut side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one as they will puff up while baking.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool completely before serving and enjoy!
